| Technology Brief |
The Multipurpose SAF Miniplant at Montanuniversität Leoben is a infrastructure designed to facilitate various production processes for Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). This facility enables systematic investigations into efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of SAF synthesis routes.
Four fixed-bed reactors with a modular design, allowing for the integration and analysis of complete process chains across multiple reaction stages. The setup supports flexible experimentation to optimize catalytic conversion, process conditions, and downstream processing for SAF production.
