in the Lücking brickworks project, 4 wood gasifiers from Spanner Re² GmbH supply a clean syngas that is not converted into electricity via a CHP unit, but is fed directly into other industrial processes. The sustainably produced syngas from the wood gasifier thus replaces some of the fossil energy sources previously required for the production of industrial goods at the Lücking brickworks. With the innovative direct gas utilisation of wood gas, the brickworks saves considerable amounts of CO2 emissions and costs.
