| Technology Brief |
The Rotterdam refinery expansion investment of approximately EUR 2.5 billion will expand Neste?s overall renewable product capacity by 1.3 million tons per annum, bringing the total renewable product capacity in Rotterdam to 2.7 million tons annually, after the expansion of the refinery will be completed in 2027. This will, besides a production capacity of 1,5 million tons HVO, include a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production capability of be 1.2 million tons, in Rotterdam.
