Technology Brief |
The technology selected for this conversion process, IH2®, will be provided by CRI/ Criterion Catalyst Company LTD, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell.
The process uses catalytic hydropyrolysis, i.e. pyrolysis in the presence of a high concentration of hydrogen, in a pressurized fluidized bed.

The Biozin project is now stopped. Biozin has partnered up with Equinor to decide upon which technology they will use on the site.
