| Technology Brief |
By separating cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin from corn stover, each component is individually subjected to deep processing to yield their respective products. Specifically, cellulose undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis followed by fermentation to produce ethanol, while hemicellulose is acid-hydrolyzed to generate acetic acid and furfural.
